- Users are responsible for exercising caution and conducting due diligence before engaging in any transaction.
5. Firearms Policy
- Firearms, ammunition, and related items may be listed on this Website only where lawful under federal, North Carolina, and applicable local laws.
- Users posting firearm-related ads must:
- Comply with all federal laws, including the Gun Control Act of 1968 and ATF regulations.
- Comply with all North Carolina firearm laws, including licensing, transfer, and recordkeeping requirements.
- Complete firearm transfers through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) where required.

The following items and services may not be listed, offered, or promoted on MaylandMarketplace.com, whether by individuals or businesses. Any violation may result in immediate removal of the listing, account suspension, or referral to law enforcement.
1. Illegal or Restricted Goods
- Animals, except farm livestock.
- Controlled substances, narcotics, or drug paraphernalia.
- Prescription drugs, over-the-counter medications requiring a license, or medical devices not approved for general sale.
- Alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, or related items where restricted by law.
- Stolen goods or items without proof of ownership.
- Counterfeit, pirated, or infringing goods (including software, movies, music, designer products).
2. Weapons and Explosives
- Firearms prohibited by law, including fully automatic weapons, unregistered short-barreled rifles/shotguns, and untraceable “ghost guns.”
- Homemade or 3D-printed firearms or components not in compliance with law.
- Explosives, fireworks (where restricted), or hazardous materials.
